Called Jack late on a Friday afternoon and he promised to email on Monday, which he did. The following day I was able to pop into the office and pay, all sorted without very little hassle and what we think is a fare price for our small business. We have never had to and hope not to make a claim so cannot comment on any further service. I would certainly recommend you Jack and thank you.
