This company go above and beyond for their clients. I receive an efficient but more importantly a very personalised service. I have been a client for over a decade now and all my insurance is done through this firm. Marie looks after me and always replies to my questions whatever time of day. As I travel alot it makes all the difference to know “Marie has my back” whatever time of day it is. I was on the receiving end of what I took to be a fraudulent claim scam that was drawn out over a year. I always felt Marie believed me and helped me refute the claim and fight the case. We won in the end but often businesses choose to take the easy option and “roll over” when such a claim is made but these are honourable people with integrity.
