How to make a claim

During business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Outside of business hours

Emergencies don’t always happen between 9am and 5pm. If you need to make a claim outside of our working hours, you’ll need to contact your insurer directly.

Their 24-hour claims helpline is listed in your policy documents. The exact location varies by insurer, so we recommend finding it in advance and keeping it somewhere safe alongside your policy number.
To avoid delays, we recommend having on hand:
